Hotel Booking Policies

Standard hotel booking policies for RUTA reservations: guarantee policy, photo ID requirements, occupancy rules, pet policies, mandatory facility fees, damage deposits, and special requests.

Check-in and ID

The reservation holder must be 21 or older and present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any mandatory fees and incidental charges not included in the room rate.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation eligibility is set by the underlying property and shown before you confirm. Pre-paid rates are generally non-refundable unless the cancellation policy at checkout states otherwise.
