Free to plan, always
Generating itineraries, comparing flights and hotels, refining the plan with our AI, sharing trips with travel companions — all free. You can use RUTA as a planning tool indefinitely without paying anything.
5% service fee on confirmed bookings
When you book a flight, hotel, or activity through RUTA, we charge a service fee equal to 5% of the booking total, with a $25 minimum per booking. The fee is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
What you actually pay
Your card is charged the provider's price for the underlying booking (flight, hotel, or activity), plus the RUTA service fee. We don't mark up the underlying inventory — the airline, hotel, or activity price you see is the price the provider charges.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund eligibility on the underlying booking is set by the provider's terms (airline fare rules, hotel cancellation window, activity policy) and is shown before you confirm. The RUTA service fee is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
