These Terms of Service govern your use of the RUTA platform, including account creation, booking facilitation, payment processing through Stripe, cancellations and refunds, and dispute resolution.
Service description
RUTA is an AI-powered travel planning platform that facilitates bookings with third-party travel providers including airlines, hotels, and activity operators. We are an intermediary; the underlying booking is between you and the provider.
Bookings, fees, and cancellations
RUTA charges a 5% service fee (minimum $25) on confirmed bookings. The service fee is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed. Cancellation eligibility and refund amounts on the underlying booking are determined by the provider's terms.
